Welcome and thank you for worshipping with the All Saints’ family today! We would love to introduce ourselves, greet you, and answer any questions you might have.

 Our Prayer List is updated each week.  Please let us know whom you would like to include on the list.  Prayer requests may be put in the offering plate on Sunday.  Names will be on the prayer list for one month, unless you request otherwise.  Please call to remove names if prayers have been answered.  If something comes up during the week and you want someone added or removed, please contact the office by Wednesday at 1pm.

Announcements October 3. 2021

  • Welcome to All Saints!  We are glad you are worshipping with us in church or online today – online at 9:15 in English and 11:15 in Spanish. Holy Eucharist with prayers for Spiritual Communion. If in person, please wear a mask unless vaccinated, practice distancing outside of household groups and stay home if you feel unwell.  Sunday school will be at whichever service children are present.

  • Prayer for use by those digitally present for Spiritual Communion: My Jesus, I believe that you are truly present in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I love you above all things, and long for you in my soul. Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.   • Youth Group changed to Sundays after the Spanish Service during the Coffee Hour at around 12:30pm.
  • Happy Birthday to you: Susana Valencia, Rosario De Dios
  • This Sunday October 3 – we will bless animals, stuffed animals and photos of our pets including those who have passed over the Rainbow Bridge in honor of St. Francis of Assisi (Oct. 4).
  • 5:15 Wednesday worship Evening Prayer on Zoom – contact Pastor Melissa for the link.
  • Retreat: Conscious Aging: Death makes Life Possible: Surrender and Letting Go. Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 9:30-3:00pm.  Register on the website, by October 27 with a non-refundable $10.00. Fee: $55.00 with lunch, $45.00 without lunch. Please let Melissa know if you are interested and we will try to get a group together.
  • From Russell Wilson, the Food Program Coordinator for Community Action. I'm reaching out in search of volunteers for our weekly food drive on Thursdays. I chose your church because I want volunteers who actually care about feeding people and want to make a difference in their community. Our food drive is every Thursday from 9am-12:30pm, So we need help from 8am-1pm. Of course any amount of volunteering would be accepted and greatly appreciated. If you have any people in mind that would be interested please forward them my information. I know you're very busy so I appreciate your time and any help you can offer. Cell: 805-816-5832
  • Additionally, our Friday food pantry at All Saints could use volunteers from 12-2pm most Fridays. Contact Susan Eveler for more information at 805-689-8932
  • Laundry Love: Cindy will provide a bucket at the back of the church for anyone who would like to contribute quarters especially, but all change, dollars, or checks are also accepted.  In need of soap pods and fabric softener. God Bless!
