             WELCOME TO ALL SAINTS!

Welcome and thank you for worshipping with the All Saints’ family today! We would love to introduce ourselves, greet you, and answer any questions you might have.

 Our Prayer List is updated each week.  Please let us know whom you would like to include on the list.  Prayer requests may be put in the offering plate on Sunday.  Names will be on the prayer list for one month, unless you request otherwise.  Please call to remove names if prayers have been answered.  If something comes up during the week and you want someone added or removed, please contact the office by Tuesday at 10am.

Welcome to All Saints’ 9:15 Worship service.  We live stream on Facebook at www.facebook.com/allsantosoxnard.

  • Today is Camp Stevens Sunday! What is Camp Stevens? Camp Stevens is your diocesan camp! Camp Stevens’ mission is to inspire, challenge, and empower personal, social, and environmental transformation. For 70+ years, Camp Stevens has provided a welcoming home for retreats, summer camps, and outdoor education in the mountain town of Julian, CA. Our 256 acres serve as a place of healing, adventure, and most importantly community. Learn more about Camp Stevens at campstevens.org. We are hoping to take our youth and kids this year to the second session from July 7-12 when Pr Melissa is chaplain or on another week for the counselors.
  • Tai Chi is Tuesday, at 6:30 pm in the parish hall ;Yoga is Wednesday at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall
  • The Lenten Caravan continues this week! On Wednesday 3/20 at St Paul’s UMC at 1800 S C St hosted byBethel AME Church, Oxnard. Dinner at 5:45pm – please let Pastor Melissa know if you plan to attend so we can give numbers or you can just show up! Service is 7-8pm.   • Maundy Thursday Dinner: On Thursday, 3/28/24, at 5:45, we will have a dinner. The dinner will be a catered Mediterranean meal. Suggested donation is $15-$20 per plate, and $10 per child. Any donation is acceptable.  If you cannot afford to donate, please don’t let that stop you from joining in our shared meal. Donations that exceed the cost of food will go to the church in the Holy Land.
  • Next Welcome Table: March 21 at 6-8pm.
  • Youth Group: The youth group needs candy for the Easter Egg Hunt. Also, many of the youth and younger children want to attend Camp Stevens this summer. There will be several youth led fund raisers in the next 3 months. If a church member wants to simply donate or sponsor a child let Pastor Melissa know.
  • Food pantry: we are collecting tab open cans and cup of noodles for the unhoused population at the food pantry.
  • Holy Week Schedule: no service Wednesday 3/27; Maundy Thursday 3/28 supper at 5:45, service with foot washing 6:45-8pm (virtual vigil will commence Thursday at 8pm and end Good Friday at noon); Good Friday 3/29 services at 12 noon at All Saints and 5:45 supper/ 7pm service with the Lenten Caravan at New Progressive Christian Baptist Church; Easter Vigil Saturday night 3/30 at 7pm; Easter Sunday 3/31 services at 9:15 am in English / 11:15 am in español. 

  • Name Tags: A reminder to wear your name tags. If you need one please fill out the form found in the Narthex and put the request in the plate.

  • Prayer for use by those digitally present for Spiritual Communion: My Jesus, I believe that you are truly present in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I love you above all things, and long for you in my soul. Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.
